We’re Racing IRONMAN 70.3 Knokke-Heist in 2026! JOIN THE TEAM: Race with us in Belgium next year!

We’re excited to share that Swim Coach Sophie is entering IRONMAN 70.3 Knokke-Heist in 2026 — this will only be Sophie's second 70.3 and we’d love for you to join the journey. This is a great opportunity to train and race with a community behind you.

If you’re considering your first (or next) 70.3, this could be the perfect race to commit to — and we’re building a team to do it together.

🏁 Why Knokke-Heist?

We didn’t pick this race by accident. Here’s why we think it’s an ideal choice for our athletes:

Easy travel from the UK: You can drive, take the Eurotunnel, or hop on a quick flight — no long-haul logistics or complex transfers. It’s also dog-friendly for those bringing four-legged cheer squads!
Two race options: The weekend offers both a 70.3 and a 5i50 (Olympic distance), meaning more of our community can get involved, even if they’re not ready for a half Ironman just yet.
Flat & fast course: The course is known for its flat profile — perfect if you’re chasing a PB or doing your first long-distance race without the stress of hills.
The perks of Belgium: Excellent food, coffee, and post-race beers. Knokke is a stylish coastal town with a relaxed vibe and plenty of options for friends and family to enjoy the weekend too.
