This 45 minute taster session will give you an idea of the type of strengthening exercises you should be incorporating into you weekly training schedule. We will guide you through these exercises ensuring you understand the correct technique and form to get the most out of these exercises. All exercises can be completed without the need for the gym allowing you to go away with a practical circuit you can implement into your training schedule straight away.
The Physio-Led Running Clinic by Jen & Rose from Podium Physio is designed for runners of all levels to move better, improve efficiency, and stay injury-free.
Each session includes a review of your training, strength assessment, and running analysis, followed by a tailored plan with drills and exercises to enhance performance and reduce injury risk.
