This 45 minute taster session will give you an idea of the type of strengthening exercises you should be incorporating into you weekly training schedule. We will guide you through these exercises ensuring you understand the correct technique and form to get the most out of these exercises. All exercises can be completed without the need for the gym allowing you to go away with a practical circuit you can implement into your training schedule straight away.

Personal Training

One to one and small group personal training available with the UFirst Personal Trainer's. Create a personal program tailored to your goals, lifestyle & fitness level - whether you're aiming for weight loss, injury prevention, strength building, or enhanced sports performance.

Gym Rental

Looking for a private, well-equipped space to train? Whether you want a quiet environment for your own workouts or a professional setting to train your PT clients, our gym is available for hire. We also welcome parents with babies up until they start crawling—after that, for safety reasons, the space is no longer suitable.

£20.00* per hour
