FREE RUN CLINIC
TASTER SESSION
Join our Physio-Led Running Clinic taster session and learn how to run stronger, move better, and reduce injury risk.
Starting with a short social run to warm up, followed by a practical session with the Podium physio’s (Jen & Rose) on strength training for runners and the benefits of running drills for performance and injury prevention.

CHARITY FUNDRAISER NIGHT
Supporting Jo & Target Ovarian Cancer
We’re hosting a Charity Night at The Station on
Friday 27th February, and we’d love you to join us!
The evening is in support of Target Ovarian Cancer, a charity that one of our members, Jo Leverett, is fundraising for by running the London Marathon. The charity is doing really important work in research, awareness, and support for those who have been affected by ovarian cancer, and we’d love our community to get behind Jo to help raise funds and awareness.
Expect a silent auction with some great items, a fun quiz, drinks and nibbles, and a relaxed evening for a great cause.

IRONMAN 70.3 KNOKKE-HEIST 2026
Swim Coach Sophie is signing up for IRONMAN 70.3 Knokke-Heist in 2026 — her second ever 70.3 — and we’d love you to join the journey.
Whether it’s your first or next race, it’s a great chance to train and race with a supportive community. We’re building a team to do it together — think group training (& socials!), pre-race meetups, and plenty of encouragement along the way.
