WHAT ARE OUR BIKE CLASSES?
Our indoor cycling classes are coach-led sessions where you bring your own bike and attach it to one of our smart trainers - training on your own setup is important after all! If you don't fancy bringing your bike along, you can add one of our Zwift bikes onto your booking.
Each session is designed to help you improve your cycling performance, with a focus on building Functional Threshold Power (FTP), fitness and efficiency through structured training.
Train in a friendly but focused environment, without the need to suffer through indoor sessions on your own.
Sessions are suitable for all levels, with no minimum speed or power required, and guidance provided throughout.
